Probably the tiniest space we have ever designed but one that is straightforward with an art collection that is eclectic and reflects the bachelor that lives in the space part time. Our client wanted a home that wasn’t fussy and with no frills. We gave him just that! With a simplistic functional kitchen containing Caesarstone counter-tops and back-splash. Custom cabinets that utilize every inch of the space from wall to wall and floor to ceiling, even gaining storage around an odd soffit area. The bathroom was gutted to allow for a standing shower where a tub once was. Beautiful marble stone trims out the tiny space to bring a bit of movement and drama. The bed in the bedroom is flanked with custom walnut cabinets with pop-out shelves for nightstands. This home is tiny but loaded with function and details that will stand the test of time.
